Cabins

In all, 35 cabins are available for rent in the reserve. Each cabin is situated on the edge of a lake. The 26 cabins of Le Domaine, located at the heart of the reserve, all feature electricity. The three cabins located at Lac Granet (17 km from the Northern entrance) and the six cabins located in the Nadagam sector (74 km from the Northern entrance) are equipped with propane-powered lighting, water heater, stove and refrigerator.

All cabins come with everything needed to prepare and serve meals, and include a shower and washrooms. A woodstove contributes to the cozy atmosphere in most cabins.

As Sépaq cannot guarantee the quality of the water, it is preferable to stock up on drinking water.

Camping

In addition to the 40 primitive camping areas; two other campgrounds are available. The Lac de la Vieille has semi-serviced and three-services sites and the Lac Savary campground has semi-serviced sites. The group campsites can accommodate from 25 to 50 people at Lac-Rapide Campground, and 15 to 50 people at Baie-des-Sables Campground. In all, more than 1,250 campsites are spread out over the territory of Réserve faunique La Vérendrye.
