Snow Walking

A total of 5 km of trails are mechanically groomed from Wednesday to Sunday so that you can practise your favourite activity! Take a break in the 2 warming huts: the Porc-Épic, located 1.2 km from the reception area and the Pékan, 4.5 km from the reception area.

Ski-Vel

To make winter hiking trails accessible to the mobility impaired, an all-new product has been introduced to Bic, Îles-de-Boucherville, Mont-Orford, Mont-Saint-Bruno, Mont-Tremblant and Oka national parks: the Ski-Vel. Designed by the Tri-Vel company, Ski-Vel can be easily adapted to people’s wheel chairs (not included) so they can enjoy exploring the snow trails. A Ski-Vel is available for free at each park’s Visitors Centre.

Boating Activities

Watch marine and bird life typical of the region as you kayak on the St. Lawrence River Estuary with Aventures Archipel. At sunset, the experience is memorable! Reservations at 1 800 665-6527.

Personal boats are allowed in the following areas:

Baie du Ha! Ha!
Havre-du-Bic (boat launching ramp for small watercraft)

Boats are prohibited in most of the Anse à l'Orignal marine preservation zone.

Yurt

Our 8 yurts are located in the Île-aux-Amours sector, between 100 and 300 metres from the parking lot. In the winter, the distance between the yurts and the parking lot is 900 m.

Camping

Our 172 semi-serviced or serviced campsites are scattered among three sectors. If you want to stay off the beaten track, primitive campsites that cannot be reached by a vehicle are available in the Coulée sector.

Winter campsites are available in the Porc-Épic sector. A minimum of 2 adults per sector is required for camper safety.

Igloo

The igloos are in the Porc-Épic sector, 1.2 km from the Rivière-du-Sud-Ouest Visitors Centre. Each igloo sleeps 2 to 4 people. A minimum of 2 adults per sector is required for camper safety.

Huttopia Tent (ready-to-camp)

For a combination of comfort and nature, we offer 16 Huttopia tents on the Rioux campground set in a peaceful area near a rapidly growing forest stand. Five Huttopia tents grace the Cormoran à Aigrettes loop of Rivière-du-Sud-Ouest Campground.

Seven tent-trailers are available in the Rivière-du-Sud-Ouest sector. They are located near a stream and the Discovery and Visitors Centre.
