New 2008: To counteract the proliferation of Eurasian water-milfoil (algae), you must wash your boat, trailer and motor before arriving at the reserve. Starting in the summer of 2008, personal boats will be prohibited on lakes offered for day fishing with reservations. Starting in 2009, this measure will apply to all of the fish plan lakes that are associated with cabin stays. Personal boats will only be allowed on lakes that offer adventure fishing. Canoes and kayaks are not affected by this measure. |
