Parc national des Grands-Jardins lies in the Charlevoix tourism region. You can access it from the village of Saint-Urbain, via Route 381.

In the winter, the Mont-du-Lac-des-Cygnes sector and the backcountry skiing and snowshoeing trails are open daily from mid-December to the end of March (depending on snow conditions). When the Visitors Centre is closed, day passes are payable at the self-registration posts by the park’s entrances.
The following areas offer access to the mobility-impaired:
A wide range of souvenir items, adult and children's clothing, heritage discovery products for young people, and outdoor items are available at the Boutique Nature. Also available are educational items, such as field guides and bird song CDs.
A convenience store at the Thomas-Fortin Visitors Centre offers the most common food items.
We offer a baggage transport service on request. The rate is based on the distance from the place of accommodation.
