Location

Réserve faunique Assinica and Réserve faunique des Lacs-Albanel-Mistassini-et-Waconichi are located in the Northern Québec tourism region, 756 km from Montréal and 570 km from Québec City. Chibougamau is the only community providing access to these reserves.

Access and Operating Period

Route 167 leads to the main Registration Centre and the Lac Albanel Registration Centre.

To reach the Waconichi and Baie Pénicouane Registration Centres, take Route du Nord (10) via Route 167 Nord.

All Registration Centres are open from Friday, May 30 to Monday, September 1, 2008.
