Manoir Montmorency and his chef
For 3 years now, Mr. Martin Côté has been Executive Chef of Manoir Montmorency and he brings his extensive professional experience in the restaurant industry to this historic showplace.
Mr. Côté was Executive Chef for Château Mont-Ste-Anne, the Serge Bruyère restaurant, and the Sulphur Mountain Gondola in Banff, Alberta. Until just recently, he taught cooking at the École Hôtelière de la Capitale, from which he received his diploma in 1995.
The various mandates entrusted to him over the course of his career also allowed him to acquire experience in event management, which is very appropriate to his duties. Thanks to his training and skills, Mr. Coté is up to the challenge of successfully fulfilling the duties associated with the title of Executive Chef of Manoir Montmorency.
