Summer vacations and fishing packages (lodge and cabin), as well as white-tailed deer hunting
These terms and conditions apply to bookings for stays beginning in the 2027 season. For other bookings, please refer to these terms and conditions: Summer vacations and fishing or Big game hunting.
Please note that registration terms and conditions apply specifically to random draws for regulated white-tailed deer hunting at Sépaq Anticosti.
Before booking, check with your insurer to see if you are covered in the event of trip cancellation or interruption.
Reselling a vacation is prohibited; any resold booking will be canceled.
Payment and deposit
Online or by phone, payment must be made with a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit card. The booking holder who does not meet the payment deadline or whose payment is not completed may have their booking canceled without notice. Cancellation terms and conditions apply.
Minimum deposit due at booking
| More than 9 months prior to arrival date | A deposit of 10% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. A second payment of 20% must be made 9 months prior to the arrival date. The remaining 70% is payable 30 days prior to the arrival date. Payments are automatically charged to the credit card identified at the time of booking. |

Payment plan
For all bookings made more than 90 days in advance, Sépaq offers the option of paying in several interest-free installments. Certain conditions apply. Please contact our advisors at 1-800-665-6527.
Modification
A reduction in the number of accommodation units, persons, or overnight stays is considered a cancellation.
Modification requests must be made by the booking holder.

Big game hunting
Modifications are accepted under the following 4 conditions:
- Same establishment (Sépaq Anticosti)
- Same white-tailed deer hunting package
- Same season
- Same group leader

- Same establishment (Sépaq Anticosti)
- Accommodations in the same category(1)

A change of accommodation unit within the same category and dates is possible subject to availability. For changes to the initial booking, the first change is free of charge. A fee of $50 (plus tax) will be charged for the second change onwards, including changes to the group composition. |

(1) Example: it's possible to modify a lodge stay for another lodge (same category), but it's not possible to modify a lodge stay to a cabin (different category).
Note that at any time, you may add to your booking, subject to availability. The rate is adjusted according to current prices. Payment and deposit terms apply.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be made by the booking holder.

Occupation and rates
During a stay, members of a group cannot be replaced.

| Cabin and lodge | Rates are per night, per adult, and respect the maximum occupation capacity required at the time of reservation. Minimum of 5 nights, respecting the blocks of stay. |
Group leader substitution
Winners of big game hunting stays sold through random draws during the calling period must designate a substitute leader. The name of this alternate group leader and the valid hunter’s certificate number provided at the time of booking cannot be changed after registration. The substitute is the only person who will be allowed to replace the group leader in the event that the latter cannot be present during the trip. It is strongly recommended that one of the group members be named as the substitute.
Group leader substitution rules
A substitution of the group leader is allowed only under the following three circumstances:
- Death of the group leader or in their immediate family.
- Convocation in a court of law.
- Unforeseen medical reasons (no work or school related reasons will be allowed).
The group leader should complete the request for substitution form and email it to [email protected]. In all cases of substitution, official supporting documents (death certificate of the group leader, subpoena with service report, or original doctor's note) must accompany the request. Any request for substitution must be submitted at least seven working days before the start of the trip by the group leader, if possible.
A group leader or substitute may not be the holder of more than one moose or white-tailed deer hunting stay in the wildlife reserves managed by Sépaq.
The substitute for the group leader who is the holder of a hunting package identified as "60 years of age or older" must also be 60 years of age or older.
