Deposit and payment

No minimum deposit required when booking. A credit card number is needed to secure all bookings. The balance is deducted 48 hours before arrival.

Modification and cancellation

For any modification or cancellation of a reservation, we invite you to contact the lodge at 1-866-727-2427. An agent will be pleased to follow up on your request, according to the applicable terms and conditions.

No changing or cancellation fees.

48 hours or less before the beginning of the stay
A first night equivalent will be billed for any cancellation, downscaling, change of date, or unhonored booking (contact only the lodge at 1-866-727-2427).

Occupation and rates

During a stay, the people making up a group may not be replaced.

Stay in a room	Rates are per night, per room, and respect the maximum autorised occupation capacity.	Children 17 and under are lodged free of charge if the child shares the same room as the parents up to the maximum authorized capacity per room (fees apply when booking a package). Additional fees apply when booking a package with food and acrivities.

A minimum number of nights may be required depending on the season.
