Bear hunting

These terms and conditions apply to bookings for stays beginning in the 2027 season. For other bookings, please refer to these terms and conditions.

Before booking, check with your insurer to see if you are covered in the event of trip cancellation or interruption.

Reselling a vacation is prohibited; any resold booking will be canceled.

Payment and deposit

Online or by phone, payment must be made with a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit card. The booking holder who does not meet the payment deadline or whose payment is not completed may have their booking canceled without notice. Cancellation terms and conditions apply.

Minimum deposit due at booking

More than 9 months prior to arrival date	A deposit of 10% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. A second payment of 20% must be made 9 months prior to the arrival date. The remaining 70% is payable 30 days prior to the arrival date. Payments are automatically charged to the credit card identified at the time of booking.
Between 9 months and 91 days prior to arrival date	A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining 70% is payable 90 days prior to arrival. Payments are automatically charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
90 days or less prior to arrival date	The total amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Payment plan

For all bookings made more than 90 days in advance, Sépaq offers the option of paying in several interest-free installments. Certain conditions apply. Please contact our advisors at 1-800-665-6527.

Modification

Modification requests must be made by the booking holder.

Modifications are accepted under the following 3 conditions:

Same big game hunting product (bear hunting)
Same season
Same group leader

91 days or more prior to arrival date	A change of accommodation unit within the same category and dates is possible subject to availability.
90 days or less prior to arrival date	No refunds or changes will be granted.

Note that at any time, you may add to your booking, subject to availability. The rate is adjusted according to current prices.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be made by the booking holder.

More than 9 months prior to arrival date	The 10% deposit for canceled items is non-refundable, unless the booking was made within the last seven days.
Between 91 days and 9 months prior to arrival date	The 30% deposit for canceled items is non-refundable, unless the booking was made within the last seven days and the cancellation occurs more than 90 days prior to arrival date.
90 days or less prior to arrival date	No refunds will be given in the event of cancellation.

Occupation and rates

During a stay, members of a group cannot be replaced.
