Closure of La Cachée sector for the 2026 season and partial closure of service points (May 26)
Following the spring flooding, the road to access La Cachée sector of Parc national du Mont-Tremblant sustained major damage, making all traffic to the area impossible and unsafe. Given the extent of the damage, the sector will remain closed for the entire 2026 season.
Public safety and the sustainability of the infrastructure remain our top priorities. Assessments are underway to determine the most appropriate solution to restore access to the sector.
Please note that this closure does not affect long hiking or access to the Cache and Liteau hut from the La Diable sector.
