About François Lapointe
Born between sea and forest, François' passion for nature emerged as he spent his childhood between Île Bicquette, a migratory bird sanctuary that his family has guarded for over 85 years, and the Lower Laurentian forest. A great hunting and fishing enthusiast, he takes great pleasure in preparing hearty, accessible game and fish recipes. Sometimes with exotic touches, sometimes with a rustic flair, he always uses local products from the boreal forest and the St. Lawrence River.
