Occupation and Rates
Cabins Rates are per night, per adult, and respect the occupation capacities at the time of reservation.
Camping

Number of nights per reservation

Minimum of 3 nights.

Number of cabins per reservation

*One reservation per call during the reservation launch. After this period, there will be no limit to the number of reservations per call.

MINIMUM DEPOSIT DUE AT BOOKING

More than 7 months before the stay begins A deposit of 10% of the total cost of the reservation is due at booking. A second payment of 20% must be paid 7 months before the stay begins. The balance is payable 30 days before the stay begins. The payments are automatically charged to the credit card used for the reservation.
Between 7 months and 31 days before the stay begins A deposit of 30% of the total cost of the reservation must be paid at the time of reservation. The balance is payable 30 days before the stay begins and it is automatically charged to the credit card used for the reservation.
30 or fewer days before the stay begins All reservations made 30 or fewer days before the stay begins must be paid in full.

When the payment deadline is not respected or a payment is not honoured by a credit card company, the reservation will automatically be cancelled without further notice. Certain administration charges may apply.

PAYMENT PLAN

If you reserve a stay at least 90 days in advance and the total is $500 or more, you're eligible for Sépaq's interest-free payment plan. Certain conditions apply. Contact our agents at 1 800 665-6527.

MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION FEES

The person who made the reservation must request the modification or cancellation.

MODIFICATION

Modifications for reservations are accepted under the following 3 conditions:

More than 7 months before the stay begins 30 or fewer days after the reservation is made: modification possible without any fees.

More than 30 days after the reservation is made: modification possible under certain conditions:
  • for reservations worth more than the original reservation, no service charges will apply
  • for reservations of an equal or lesser value, the first modification is free. A modification fee of $38 (plus taxes) will be charged for the second and subsequent modification(s).
Please note that if a first modification was made, the cancellation fee will be equivalent to the deposit made at the initial booking.
Between 7 months and 31 days before the stay begins 7 or fewer days after the reservation is made: modification possible without any fees.

More than 7 days after the reservation is made: modification possible under certain conditions:
  • for reservations worth more than the original reservation, no service charges will apply.
  • A modification fee of $38 (plus taxes) will be charged for the second and subsequent modification(s).

No modifications are possible.

CANCELLATION

More than 7 months before the stay begins 30 or fewer days after the reservation is made: cancellation possible with a total refund of the amount already paid.

More than 30 days after the reservation is made: cancellation possible with a service charge of the amount of paid deposit (10%).
Between 7 months and 31 days before the stay begins 7 or fewer days after the reservation is made: cancellation possible with a total refund of the amount already paid.

More than 7 days after the reservation is made: cancellation possible with a service charge of 30% of the total cost of the reservation (the deposit is not refundable).

30 or fewer days before the stay begins No cancellations are possible and no refunds will be granted, except for national park entry fees.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Pets

Please note that under certain conditions, your dog could be allowed in some establishments. However, no other domestic animals are allowed. Please consult our Domestic animals section for details.

Entry Fees in the National Parks

National parks customers must pay the applicable daily entry fee or hold an Annual Québec National Parks Card.

Smoke-Free Environment

Tobacco and cannabis regulation acts, as well as Sépaq’s policies prohibit in particular all persons from smoking inside rooms, accomodation units (cabins, rustic shelters, yurt, ready-to-camp, etc.), public areas (meeting rooms, restaurant, bar, reception area, etc.). Out of respect for the air quality, a charge of $150 will be charged for all offenders who smoke in these areas.

Your Safety; your responsibility

Outdoor activities can involve certain risks, so always be sure to have the skills and abilities required for the activity you choose. Your abilities must not be impaired by alcohol, a drug or medication. It is very important to find out about the risks involved in the activity, to know and respect your own limits and to use appropriate equipment. We suggest that you visit our section Security.

Cleanliness and Damage to Equipment

Customers must always leave any place they stay and any equipment they use clean and in good condition.

Customers will be billed for any damage to Sépaq equipment. Cabins, rustic shelters and yurts left untidy will be cleaned at the customer's expense.

Sépaq Satisfaction Guaranteed Program

Customers without Reservations

If customers are dissatisfied with their accomodations upon arrival and request a refund within thirty minutes of registration, Sépaq will refund the total price of the accomodation rental.

Customers with Reservations

For customers with reservations, Sépaq will do its best to offer them other accomodations, subject to availability.

Closures or prohibition of activities

In the interest of safety and prevention, Sépaq reserves the right to prohibit the practice of activities normally offered or traffic in an establishment or sector thereof, when it deems it necessary or if there are risks to the safety of persons. Only the cancelled activity can be refunded or compensated.

Access to information law

By virtue of the Access to Information Law, Sépaq personnel may not transmit any information about clientele (e.g. name, site number, etc.). However, a bulletin board located at the reception post will be available to customers who wish to leave messages.

Important Message

Anyone who breaks these rules may be expelled immediately without a refund.
