Mountain biking
- What are the rates for the season pass and day pass for mountain biking at Parc du Mont-Sainte-Anne?
- Check the rate schedule online.
- How do I purchase a season pass or a day pass?
- You can purchase a season pass or a day pass online starting May 7, 2026. You can also purchase a day pass at Rang Saint-Julien Registration Centre (for season passes, visitors will be directed to purchase online).
- What if I want to do downhill (DH) biking at Station Mont-Sainte-Anne (the mountain) and mountain biking at Parc du Mont-Sainte-Anne (Eastern sector)?
- You’ll need to purchase two tickets at two different locations: lift access for DH at Station Mont-Sainte-Anne and mountain bike access at Parc du Mont-Sainte-Anne. All of this can be done online.
We are aware that this process may cause some inconvenience. We will continue to work on simplifying the sales process to improve it in the future. Despite the steps required to obtain a refund, Sépaq wanted to offer compensation to users who visit both the mountain and Parc du Mont-Sainte-Anne.

- How do I get my 50% refund on the Parc du Mont-Sainte-Anne season membership pass or day pass if I hold a season pass or day pass for Station Mont-Sainte-Anne (the mountain)?
- First, you must purchase your season pass or day pass for Station Mont-Sainte-Anne (the mountain) and your season pass or day pass for Parc du Mont-Sainte-Anne (Eastern sector). You can obtain your 50% refund upon presentation of proof of purchase for both locations exclusively at Saint-Julien Registration Centre, during its operating hours. For day passes, the refund must be requested on the same day that the pass is slated for use. Day passes must be dated for the purported day of use.
We are aware that this process may cause some inconvenience. We continue to work on simplifying the sales model to improve it in the future. However, we wanted to offer a significant discount to PSMA users who also purchase access to Station Mont-Sainte-Anne (the mountain). This more complex process – for Sépaq as well – is the one we were able to implement based on existing systems and the time available before the start of the season.

- Why didn’t you coordinate with Station Mont-Sainte-Anne (the mountain) to sell season passes and day passes together rather than operating as two independent entities?
- We have regular exchanges with Station Mont-Sainte-Anne, and our discussions focus in particular on the best ways to ensure a positive purchasing experience for our respective products. The model offered this year allows us to operate quickly based on the existing systems in each organization and the time available to set up a purchasing mechanism.

- Have prices gone down compared to last year?
- In general, every effort has been made to reduce the cost of access to Parc du Mont-Sainte-Anne trails as much as possible. This translates into significant reductions on daily tickets (-25%) and seasonal mountain bike passes (-15%) compared to last year’s regular prices. The offer is particularly advantageous for families. A rigorous analysis was conducted to ensure that rates align with comparable market rates in the Québec City region.
We believe we have succeeded in presenting a balanced pricing structure that reflects the quality of the sector’s offerings and is in line with a spirit of accessibility and equitable contribution for everyone. While prices are decreasing overall, there is one exception: those who purchase a season membership pass or daily ticket from Station Mont-Sainte-Anne and a season pass or daily ticket from Parc du Mont-Sainte-Anne. Given the essential operating costs for each sector, there is no viable economic scenario for this option. To mitigate the impact, Sépaq will offer a 50% discount on its Parc du Mont-Sainte-Anne season pass or day pass to those who have purchased a DH or Enduro season pass.

- Why do children have to pay for mountain bike access when those 17 and under enter other Sépaq sites free of charge?
- Parc du Mont-Sainte-Anne is not a national park. If it were, there would be an additional fee for adult day passes. Parc du Mont-Sainte-Anne is a tourist establishment whose main summer offering is mountain biking. Its pricing is structured according to a model similar to that of other mountain biking destinations.
Other tourist establishments, such as Aquarium du Québec or Parc de la Chute-Montmorency, charge fees based on age. It is essential that the Parc du Mont-Sainte-Anne’s business model rely on a pricing structure that generates revenue to be reinvested in trails and infrastructure.
Trail maintenance and asset upkeep constitute a significant portion of the investments made in mountain biking centres.

- What is the basis for Sépaq’s camping rates?
- Sépaq always evaluates comparable market rates to ensure its prices fall within a range that aligns with regional offerings. For day-use sites, Sépaq is applying the same tiered pricing (which varies by season and day of the week) used across the rest of the network to the Parc du Mont-Sainte-Anne campground. Bookings can be made starting at $44.70 per night (semi serviced campsites).
Cross-country skiing and winter activities
- How much will tickets for winter activities cost and how many kilometres of trails will be groomed next winter (2026-2027 season)?

Relations with the community
- Has the community been consulted about the future vocation of Est sector?
- A broad consultation process, including a series of 16 meetings with stakeholders (elected officials, user representatives, businesspeople), was conducted to gauge the community's views. A harmonization committee similar to those already in place at various Sépaq establishments was set up. This consultative body is a forum for discussion that facilitates regular contact between stakeholders, information sharing, reflection, relationship building among key players, and the search for common interests and promising solutions without confrontation, thanks to a better understanding of the different realities.
