Access and Parking - Expedition in the Backcountry
| Season | Access and parking |

| SUMMER | Access to the backcountry via park roads. If there is no parking lot nearby, you can also leave your vehicle along the gravel roads, taking care not to obstruct traffic. On Route 299, only designated parking lots may be used. |
| WINTER | Route 299 is the main point of access to the backcountry. Parking is available at La Boussole or the Discovery and Visitors Centre. You can also reach the western sector through Village Grande-Nature Chic-Chocs. The northeast sector can be reached from Rivière-à-Claude or Mont-Saint-Pierre. |
