Sportswear is recommended.
Dresses and skirts are not allowed.
Laced-up and Velcro-closed shoes are recommended.
No loose clothing is allowed that might get caught in the pulley block (ex.: hooded coat and/or top garment, tunic, scarf, etc.)
Long hair must be secured at the base of the neck, braided depending on the length and inserted into the top garment, if possible.
No jewelry (rings, necklaces) is allowed.
Personal belongings must be left in the vehicle or at the Manoir.
Pregnant women are not allowed.
Not recommended for individuals with epilepsy or a heart condition.
Minimum weight is 90 lb (41 kg) and maximum weight is 220 lb (100 kg). The weight limits may change depending on the
weather conditions. Contact us (418-663-3330) on the day of your activity to validate the maximum weight determined for the day.
Children under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or by their legal guardian. If a parent or legal guardian is absent, they may also be accompanied by an adult with an authorization duly signed by a parent or their legal guardian.
An identity card is mandatory to register.
