Important information
Sepaq now manages the crossing rights for the Mékinac Bridge. The Corporation de développement durable de Mékinac remains the owner of the bridge. You must pay for this right in order to cross the bridge that spans the Saint-Maurice River and allows access to the wildlife reserve of the same name, as well as to the Chapeau-de-Paille ZEC.
For heavy vehicles of 4500 kg and more, you must get your crossing right directly at the terminal. For all-terrain vehicles, you must go to the Matawin Registration Centre at the réserve faunique du Saint-Maurice.
For holders of an individually purchased round-trip crossings, a prepaid season pass, or a booklet of 12 crossings, double crossings (exit and re-entry to the territory) are free of charge for temporary exits (return crossings) of two hours or less debited on the same card or booklet.
Daily crossing right
- Valid for a round trip crossing of the Mékinac Bridge.
- Valid from May to November and deferrable to the following year.
12-crossing booklet *
- Promotion: purchase of 12 crossings for the price of 10
- 12 individual crossings of the Mékinac Bridge.
- Valid from May to November and deferrable to the following year.
Prepaid season pass *
- Number of crossings limited depending on the card chosen.
- Valid from May to November of the current year only.
