Modification of the catch and keep limit (brook trout)
Please note that the Ministère de l'Environnement, de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, de la Faune et des Parcs du Québec (MELCCFP) is reducing the catch and keep limit from 15 to 10 brook trout for fishing activities. This measure applies as of the 2024 season and is intended to protect brook trout populations. Thank you for your understanding.

Do not forget your fishing permit, your flotation device, boating safety kit and right of access for fishing. It is strongly recommended to confirm if rivers are accessible. Before your day fish, contact the Gîte du Berger registration office at 418-554-1321. It is also recommended to consult our map of day fishing in rivers sectors on our website. Recommanded access with SUV ou 4x4 truck.
