  • Purchase a ticket giving you access to a visit of the ASTROLab. Located at the foot of Mont Mégantic, ASTROLab includes exhibition hall and a multimedia room with a giant screen.


  • Activities at the foot of the mountain (ASTROLab)
  • You have 2h15 to participate at the activities: Free visit of the Du ciel étoilé à l'Univers infini (from the starry sky to the infinite universe) exhibition. Viewing of the ultra high-definition film Émergence : l'évolution cosmique (emergence: cosmic evolution). Family animation. Virtual reality experience available for ages 8 and up. Activities are conducted in French.
  • Activities at the peak of the mountain (Popular Observatory)
  • Plan to drive to the top with your vehicle to visit one of the Observatories at the top of Mont-Mégantic (available between approximately 1:45 p.m. and 5:45 p.m.) Activities are conducted in French.


  • Go to the Observatoire sector welcome centre 15 minutes before the selected departure time. The welcome centre is located 25 minutes from Franceville sector.
    Punctuality is important for compliance with public health regulations.
    COVID-19: make sure you comply with current health standards before traveling for your activity.
