  • Purchase a ticket giving you access to a visit of the ASTROLab. Located at the foot of Mont Mégantic, ASTROLab includes exhibition hall and a multimedia room with a giant screen.


  • Activities at the foot of the mountain (ASTROLab)
  • Free visit of the Du ciel étoilé à l'Univers infini (from the starry sky to the infinite universe) exhibition
  • Viewing of the new high-definition film Émergence : l'évolution cosmique (emergence: cosmic evolution)
  • Activities at the peak of the mountain (Astronomy Observatory)
  • The Observatory at the peak will be closed to the public*. It will be possible to climb by vehicle to the peak of Mont Mégantic to see the Observatory from outside, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
    *The astronomy day tour usually includes a guided visit to the Observatory. Since this portion of the activity is not available this summer, a discount will be applied on the usual rate.


  • Go to the Observatoire sector registration centre 15 minutes before the selected departure time. The registration centre is located 25 minutes from Franceville sector.
    Punctuality is important for compliance with public health regulations.

Taxes and park entry fee not included. Holders of an Annual Québec National Parks Card benefit from a 15% discount on the purchase of a ticket for an astronomy activity.
