    • Yes, most of them. However, you may have to make your way on gravel roads and adjust your driving technique . Make sure to check the distance between your accommodation and the registration centre. The accommodation data sheet will also tell you if a 4X4 adapted vehicle is recommended or if there is a distance to walk, ski, or snowshoe from the parking area.
  • How can I make sure that I have a wharf and access to water?

You’re planning your stay

  • Do I have to print the booking confirmation and present it on arrival?
    • We already have all the information. However, to speed up the process, you can print it, save a digital copy, or note your booking confirmation number.
  • Do you have the exact address for the GPS? What's the best way to get driving directions?
    • Don't rely on your GPS, because our territories are very big and there could be many registration centres. The most accurate driving directions are In the Information section of the establishment you want to visit.

You can also use our territory maps. Most of them are georeferenced, providing your location at any time by way of your phone, even if there’s no cellular signal. However, you must have previously downloaded the mobile application Avenza Maps on your device. Subsequently, you will access the maps of Sépaq via the Map Store of the application.
  • Will I be able to connect to my cellular network?
    • It depends. As our establishments are located in a natural setting, your cellular network may be difficult to reach. However, certain national parks, Camping des Voltigeurs, Centre touristique du Lac-Simon and Station touristique Duchesnay offer a Wi-Fi network in their different facilities.
  • What should I bring during my stay?
    • Consult the fact sheet at the time of booking to find out what is included. An array of gear and accessories are available for families. You could print yourself a memory aid (in French only) which will be useful when packing your luggage.

Unless otherwise specified, bedding is not provided. You’ll have to bring sheets or a sleeping bag, pillowcases, towels, and dish towels. Note that cabins are equipped to receive a determined number of persons. Please provide the necessary equipment for the comfort of the children admitted in addition to the total capacity of the cabin.
  • What can I do during my stay?
  • At what time can I arrive?
    • The arrival time will be indicated on your booking confirmation. Sépaq does not guarantee the availability of the accommodation beforehand. However, you can arrive earlier and enjoy the on-site activities.
  • Can I make a fire?
    • It depends. Campfires or cooking fires are permitted only in designated areas and must be extinguished before you go to bed. They must be monitored by a person responsible for them at all times. During very dry weather, fires may be prohibited as per SOPFEU recommendations.
  • Can I bring my own firewood?
    • We recommend that you buy it locally, burn it on site, and not bring it home. Transporting firewood is an important vector of diseases that affect trees. Details

You want to change or cancel your booking?

  • The weather forecast isn’t good. What are my options?
    • Our experience tells us that we can't always rely on the weather forecast. A number of activities can be enjoyed despite cloudy skies or rain. Don't let a bit of bad weather get in your way!
  • How can I change a booking and how much will it cost?
