Discovery Activities

Let Us Guide You...

Participate in the park’s discovery activities. Let a park warden share his or her passion for the territory and the nature it protects. These essential complements to your stay will reveal the hidden treasures of this magnificent natural environment through lectures, theatrical presentations or guided hikes.

In Baie Sainte-Marguerite, watch the beluga and listen to the park warden reveal the secrets of this mythical white whale. Are you planning a camping trip? Evening theatrical presentations will entertain you and get visitors of all ages thinking! Between the two breathtaking capes of Baie Éternité, go back in time and ride the waves in a rabaska canoe to discover the great epic of the coureurs des bois. Are you interested in research and birds? Watch for our fall activities in the Baie-de-Tadoussac sector to learn more about the work of the Observatoire d'oiseaux de Tadoussac.

See the complete list of the park’s discovery activities (in French only).

... or Go at Your Own Pace

Are you more independent? No problem! Explore Parc national du Fjord-du-Saguenay on your own and soak up the spirit of the area

Several short hiking trails are adorned with discovery panels. It’s up to you to visit these places. You’ll also become acquainted with the park’s natural environment and history at your own pace and according to your interests.

Do you prefer an interactive formula? Participate in the discovery rally, Two Threatened Species. Collect the clues and meet the challenges to give a hand to Frimas and Edgar, two species that need your help!
