Year after year, the Miguasha fossil site provides new marvels that deepen our understanding of the Age of Fishes. Among the 500 or so specimens added to our collections each and every year, certain fossils stand out for their importance, rarity, or beauty. Parks Day is your chance to come and meet a naturalist who’ll unveil the team’s most amazing discoveries and breakthroughs.

Behind the scenes
For this exceptional day… we’re making an exception! This is your chance to discover what’s going on behind the scenes during a guided tour of the Parc national de Miguasha research centre.

- When: 10 and 11:15 a.m., 1:30, 2:45, and 4 p.m.
- Duration: 75 minutes

The fossil cliff
Join the park warden and naturalist for this guided tour of the majestic fossil cliff. All questions concerning geology, digs, and the fossiliferous formation will be answered!
