  • By the north of the Gaspésie: Take Route 132 until Sainte-Anne-des-Monts. Take Route 299 south for 40 km until the discovery and visitors centre.
  • By the south of the Gaspésie: Take Route 132 until New Richmond. Take Route 299 north for 100 km until the discovery and visitors centre.

Lac-Cascapédia Registration Centre

  • By the north of the Gaspésie: Take Route 132 until Sainte-Anne-des-Monts. Take Route 299 south for 22 km. Then take Route 11 (gravel road) for 10 km.
  • By the south of the Gaspésie: Take Route 132 until New Richmond. Take Route 299 north for 116 km. Then take Route 11 (gravel road) for 10 km.

Mont-Jacques-Cartier Registration Centre

  • By the north of the Gaspésie: Take Route 132 until Mont-Sainte-Pierre. Then take Route 2 (gravel road) for 27 km.
  • By the north of the Gaspésie: Take Route 132 until Sainte-Anne-des-Monts. Take Route 299 south for 40 km until the discovery and visitors centre. Take Route 16 (gravel road) for 42 km.
  • By the south of the Gaspésie: Take Route 132 until New Richmond. Take Route 299 north for 100 km until the discovery and visitors centre. Take Route 16 (gravel road) for 42 km.

Services

Boutique Nature

A vast array of souvenir items, clothing for adults and children, discovery products for young people, and outdoor articles are offered at Boutique Nature, located at the Discovery and Visitors Centre.

Equipment Rentals

A variety of outdoor equipment can be rented at the Mountain School, located at the Discovery and Visitors Centre.

* Some equipment rental for children (17 years of age and younger) is offered free of charge, subject to availability (for a maximum of one day).

Nautical equipment is available for rent at the Lac-Cascapédia Registration Centre and canoes are available for rent at the Mont-Jacques-Cartier Registration Centre.

You’ll find sandwiches, salads, and other ready-to-eat dishes at the Discovery and Visitors Centre. Gîte du Mont-Albert also offres a food service and lunch boxes for your nature outings.

Domestic animals

Since May 17, 2019, dogs are allowed. However, they are only allowed in certain areas. Check out the applicable rules and authorized sites.

Guide dogs and service dogs are allowed everywhere. Other pets are still prohibited in national parks.
