Sébastien Turgeon, Our New Executive Chef!

Manoir Montmorency has a new Executive Chef. Sébastien Turgeon’s career path has been impressive, starting with his first days at Château Montebello in the late 1990s, his contribution to Club de golf Le Grand Portneuf and Hotel Jaro Québec Inn, his detour to Burkina Faso directing some one hundred Burkinan cooks, his return to Québec, first to the ovens of Le Dijon at Four Points by Sheraton Québec, and then the 2011 Ice Hotel, and finally to the kitchens of Manoir Montmorency. What do all of these positions have in common? The challenge of combining large-scale production and refinement! Welcome Sebastien Turgeon, Manoir Montmorency's new Executive Chef!
