Parc national du Mont-Orford

In the Cantons-de-l’Est region, Parc national du Mont-Orford is a destination that’s not to be missed. In addition to its many campsites in Lac-Stukely and Lac-Fraser sectors, the park offers two magnificent lifeguard-supervised beaches . In addition to children’s playgrounds located near bathing areas, visitors can also enjoy navigating rental watercraft.

Parc national d’Oka

You won’t want to miss Parc national d’Oka and its popular beach which delights visitors during the dog days of summer. In addition to its 11-km-long sandy shore, the park features a special activities program throughout the summer season. Play modules, basketball nets, outdoor ping-pong tables, and picnic tables are also available to visitors. If you’re looking to have a blast, try the Aquazilla inflatable water course right by the beach. A number of camping loops, including campsites with services for recreational vehicules, are located near this activity centre. Les Dunes sector is the one closest to the beach. Étoile ready-to-camp units are also available at the park.

Parc national de la Pointe-Taillon

To enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches of Quebec, simply head to Parc national de la Pointe-Taillon. Campers can enjoy the comfort of the ready-to-camp units of Taillon sector, which are accessible via the bike path. (A trailer to transport your luggage is available free of charge.) This way, you can spend the night near the shore, where the sound of water will lull you to a very restful sleep. This sector’s supervised beach also offers free deck chairs and sun umbrellas, as well as a children’s playground.

Parc national de la Gaspésie

Parc national de la Gaspésie is recognized as one of Quebec’s choice hiking destinations. Different circuits offer hikers total nature immersion, including on an easy-level valley trail as well as on a barren peak where you can scan the horizon and fully appreciate the park’s mountainous character. To be the first to hit the trails, why not consider spending the night in one of four camping sectors offered at the park? 

Parc national du Fjord-du-Saguenay

The magnificent and little-known landscapes of Parc national du Fjord-du-Saguenay will delight hikers of all age groups and calibers. There are a number of circuits along which you can explore the top of the capes of the fjord during outings lasting a maximum of one day. If you’d like to spend the night on site, a number of campsites are offered in Baie-Éternité and Baie-Sainte-Marguerite sectors.

Parc national des Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie

It’s showtime at Parc national des Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie! The park offers a wide choice of pathways, including legendary L’Acropole-des-Draveurs trail with its magnificent panoramas, Le Riverain trail with its astonishing lookouts, and Des Rapides trail with its riverside views.  What a great way for visitors to discover the territory based on their abilities and inclinations! As a bonus, many campsites offer front row seats to this unending show.

Parc national du Bic

The Tombolo hub of Parc national du Bic is a favourite meeting place for families. Located at the heart of the territory, this family zone includes play and relaxation areas and a picnic area with barbecue. And let’s not forget the semi-outdoor lounge with fireplace and view of the river! Gather at the numerous campsites offered in this sector or elsewhere in the park to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets.

Parc national du Lac-Témiscouata

In addition to offering magnificent campsites for overnight stays, Grand-Lac-Touladi campground, located in Saint-Juste sector of Parc national du Lac-Témiscouata, offers facilities that have been fully designed and set up for families, including a playground for children two to five years old and the Curieux de Nature circuit. These facilities give the park a positive vibe and enable youngsters to have a blast and stay active in nature while connecting to the 10,000-year history of the park.
