Chute Montmorency – Parc de la Chute-Montmorency

Majestic Chute Montmorency is a must-see attraction of the Québec City area. To take full advantage of this natural phenomenon, follow the path to the falls suspension bridge from the Manoir Montmorency. You will be able to admire the cascading waters, the St. Lawrence River, Île d’Orléans, and Québec City.

Chute Vauréal – Parc national d’Anticosti

The renowned Vauréal waterfall is the signature site of Anticosti Island! This heavenly location is within reach for humble walkers and seasoned hikers alike. Let yourself be dazzled by a magnificent natural spectacle accessible by way of a 100-m-or-so trail leading to an observation deck or via a circuit from the canyon to the foot of the waterfall.

Chute Hélène – Auberge de montagne des Chic-Chocs

At the heart of the Gaspésie mountains, the Hélène waterfall is simply stunning due to its size and exotic appearance. This refreshing destination is accessible via a 3-km-long, 280-m-high intermediate hiking trail. Your legs will be working non-stop, but the show at the end of the trail is well worth the effort and the trip! If you’re in relaxation mode instead, you can also check out the waterfall from a distance from the panoramic decks of the lodge.

Du Diable, Croches, Aux-Rats, and Aux-Mûres waterfalls – Parc national du Mont-Tremblant

A true aquatic paradise, Parc national du Mont-Tremblant boasts no fewer than four waterfalls to be discovered during your next outdoor outing. Chute du-Diable and Chutes-Croches (La Diable sector) are accessible via family-friendly hiking trails. You can admire this spectacle from observation decks…the kids are sure to be impressed! At La Pimbina sector, magnificent Chute-aux-Rats, over 17 m high, is accessible to hikers and offers a picnic area as a reward for reaching your destination. Even if the Vauréal waterfall steals the show at Parc national d’Anticosti, the Kalimazoo waterfall, located in the north sector of the island, is also well worth a visit. Chutes Dunbar – Réserve faunique du Saint-Maurice

Soon after your arrival in this one-of-a-kind Mauricie territory, you’ll have access to an easy 4.4- km trail. Bring lunch and a sense of wonder in your backpack, because at the end of the trail, you’ll discover the magnificent Dunbar waterfalls. At the foot of the falls, you can peacefully enjoy your meal in the picnic area and simply relax.

Les Six-Chutes – Réserve faunique Mastigouche

The richness of Réserve faunique Mastigouche’s natural environment is an open secret for anglers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. The beauty of this destination is also due to the presence of intriguing natural phenomena, including the half dozen waterfalls at Les Six-Chutes. Accessible via Route 1, a short 2-km trail punctuated by interpretive panels will lead you to an observation tower where you can admire the show!

Chute Sainte-Anne – Parc national de la Gaspésie

Here’s a beautiful passageway to discovering all of the grandeur of Parc national de la Gaspésie. After you’ve stretched your legs with a fairly short flat hike lasting around 15 minutes, you’ll reach an observation deck offering a view of the north side of Mont Albert and overlooking Chute de la rivière Sainte-Anne. In short, a minimum amount of effort for a mighty impressive result!

Grande chute de la rivière Kipawa – Parc national d’Opémican

This is one of the most impressive attractions of the new national park located in the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region. Bordered by tall white and red pines, a symbol of the junction between the deciduous and boreal domains on this territory, Rivière Kipawa puts on quite a show, with its majestic waterfall simply overflowing with power! Chutes de la Chaudière – Réserve faunique Ashuapmushuan

If you’re exploring Réserve faunique Ashuapmushuan during a fishing or holiday stay, the Chaudière waterfalls are definitely worth a visit. The site gets its name from the many potholes dug by erosion in rock incrusted with pink granite. The falls can be appreciated from different lookouts accessible via a series of short trails. Bring your lunch, as outdoor enthusiasts often spend the day here in the company of visitors dazzled by the scenery. To access the site from Route 167, take the turnoff at km 68 and follow the road for around 15 kms.

Chutes du lac Roland – Réserve faunique La Vérendrye

Between two fishing expeditions, visitors to Réserve faunique La Vérendrye can stop on Route 117 and travel down the short Chutes-du-Lac-Roland trail. Along the circuit, interpretive panels will inform you about the adaptation of animals and plants to their environment and about the Algonquin Nation. When you reach your destination, the magnificent waterfall which gave its name to the trail is sure to surprise you!

Chute MacDonald – Réserve faunique de Port-Cartier-Sept-Îles

Are you staying at a Lac Walker cabin during an upcoming fishing trip? Well, you’ll be delighted to learn that only a few kilometres from your place of accommodation, there’s a short 1-km hiking trail leading to an observation deck, a footbridge, and amazing scenery. As a bonus, you’ll have an unbeatable view of the MacDonald waterfall!

Chute du Ruisseau-Blanc – Parc national des Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie

A great surprise awaits visitors heading to Camping de L’Équerre by bike, on foot or by canoe. From this meeting point, a short and charming hike leads to the base of a spectacular 45-m-high waterfall. A little corner of paradise to reward all your efforts!
