Very few motorboats along most of of the circuit. Few portages. The meanders are narrow, calm, and bucolic. Points of interest: a very interesting circuit that follows the Ottawa River and Lambert and Gaotanaga lakes. Lac Lambert offers exceptional scenery. Presence of a major waterfall (Chute Big). Difficulties: it is recommended to start the loop in the direction of Lac Lambert because it is easy to paddle against the current in this direction, whereas countercurrent paddling is very difficult in the other direction, requiring experienced paddlers.
