Grooming is done every other day or after a snowfall of 5 cm or more, or as needed, depending on user volume. Some trail sections may be groomed more often than others, contingent on usage.
The entire cross-country ski network is groomed unless weather conditions prevent it.
Grooming operations take place between midnight and 8 a.m. Grooming may be completed between 9 and 10 a.m., depending on conditions.
In the event of heavy rain, we wait an average of 12 hours after the end of precipitation before grooming to allow the water to percolate into the snow.
In the event of prolonged heavy rain, the centre may close its trails for the day for safety reasons and to preserve the snow on our trails.
In the event of strong winds, it is possible that certain sections of the trails, such as 14, 14-A, and 42, will not be groomed.
The entire cross-country ski network will be groomed every day.
