Deposit and payment

Minimum deposit due at booking

More than 7 months before the stay begins	A deposit of 10% of the total cost of the reservation is due at booking. A second payment of 20% must be paid 7 months before the stay begins. The balance is payable 30 days before the stay begins. The payments are automatically charged to the credit card used for the reservation.
Between 7 months and 31 days before the stay begins	A deposit of 30% of the total cost of the reservation must be paid at the time of reservation. The balance is payable 30 days before the stay begins and it is automatically charged to the credit card used for the reservation.
30 or fewer days before the stay begins	All reservations made 30 or fewer days before the stay begins must be paid in full.

When the payment deadline is not respected or a payment is not honoured by a credit card company, the reservation will automatically be cancelled without further notice. Certain administration charges may apply.

Payments for telephone reservations must be made with Visa, Master Card or American Express credit cards.

Payment plan

If you reserve a stay at least 90 days in advance and the total is $500 or more, you're eligible for Sépaq's interest-free payment plan. Certain conditions apply. Contact our agents at 1-800-665-6527.

Modification and cancellation

The person who made the reservation must request the modification or cancellation.

Modifications for reservations are accepted under the following 2 conditions:

Accommodations in the same category (hut, lean-to, camping plateform)
Same season

For any modification or cancellation of a reservation, we invite you to contact our Customer Relations Centre at 1-800-665-6527. An agent will be pleased to follow up on your request, according to the applicable terms and conditions.

More than 7 months before the stay begins	30 or fewer days after the reservation is made: modification possible without any fees. More than 30 days after the reservation is made: modification possible under certain conditions: for reservations worth more than the original reservation, no service charges will apply; for reservations of an equal or lesser value, the first modification is free. A modification fee of $14 (plus taxes) will be charged for the second and subsequent modification(s).	30 or fewer days after the reservation is made: cancellation possible with a total refund of the amount already paid. More than 30 days after the reservation is made: cancellation possible with a service charge of the amount of paid deposit (10%). Please note that if a first modification was made, the cancellation fee will be equivalent to the total amount already paid on the initial booking.

More than 7 days after the reservation is made: cancellation possible with a service charge of 30% of the total cost of the reservation (the deposit is not refundable). Please note that if a first modification was made, the cancellation fee will be equivalent to the total amount already paid on the initial booking.
30 or fewer days before the stay begins	for reservations worth more than the original reservation, no service charges will apply; for reservations of an equal or lesser value, a service charge of $28 (plus taxes) or 50% of the difference between the new reservation and the old one will apply (the greater of the two amounts).	No cancellations are possible and no refunds will be granted, except for national park entry fees.

Occupation and rates

During a stay, the people making up a group may not be replaced.

Hut	Rates are per night, per person, and respect the maximum occupation capacities.	Children are not allowed in addition to the total occupation capacity.

Camping platform	Rates are per night, per plateform, and respect the maximum occupation capacities (1 tent / 4 persons).	Children are not allowed in addition to the total occupation capacity.

A minimum number of nights may be required depending on the establishment and the season.
