National parks customers must pay the applicable daily entry fee or hold an Annual Québec National Parks Card.

For more information about the Annual Québec National Parks Card, visit our Web site or call our Sales and Reservation Office at 1 800 665-6527.

Departure and Arrival Times

Departure and arrival times are described on the confirmation sent by email.

Information about your registration upon arrival also appears in your reservation confirmation.

Out of respect for others sharing a building and for the tranquility of the premises, hikers staying overnight in a hut, tent cabin or lean-to must arrive no later than the establishment’s maximum arrival deadline. They must therefore plan their travelling and equipment installation time accordingly.

Please note that under certain conditions, your dog could be allowed in some establishments. However, no other domestic animals are allowed. Please consult our Domestic animals section for details.

Manual propelling devices are supplied by Sépaq. You must provide the other equipment required for each boat used (on sale or rent in most parks and wildlife reserves).

Federal regulation provides that no person shall operate a craft fitted with a motor unless carrying onboard a proof of having successfully completed a boating safety course in Canada prior to April 1st, 1999 or a pleasure craft operator card issued following the successful completion of a Transport Canada accredited test.

If you don't have a such proof of competency and you want to rent a craft fitted with a motor, you will need to complete a rental boat safety checklist.

For more information, please consult the Office of Boating Safety Web site or call the office at 1 800 267-6687.

Maximum weight limits are shown on all boats that Sépaq make available to the public, and must be respected.

Security rules concerning propane usage

It's strongly advised to visit the Régie du bâtiment website which produced a video concerning propane usage. To view the video, click here.

Tobacco and cannabis regulation acts, as well as Sépaq’s policies prohibit in particular all persons from smoking inside rooms, accomodation units (cabins, rustic shelters, yurt, ready-to-camp, etc.), public areas (meeting rooms, restaurant, bar, reception area, etc.). Out of respect for the air quality, a charge of $150 will be charged for all offenders who smoke in these areas.

Sépaq Satisfaction Guaranteed Program

Customers without Reservations

If customers are dissatisfied with their accomodations upon arrival and request a refund within thirty minutes of registration, Sépaq will refund the total price of the accomodation rental.

Customers with Reservations

For customers with reservations, Sépaq will do its best to offer them other accomodations, subject to availability.

Closures or prohibition of activities

In the interest of safety and prevention, Sépaq reserves the right to prohibit the practice of activities normally offered or traffic in an establishment or sector thereof, when it deems it necessary or if there are risks to the safety of persons. Only the cancelled activity can be refunded or compensated.
