The customer must pay the total cost of the purchase upon reservation by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).

Refund, modification or cancellation

Daily access

The daily access fee can be modified or refunded only when combined with an activity (via ferrata or zipline). When the daily entry fee is purchased alone, it is non refundable nor transferable. It may not be modified and has no cash value.

Proof of residence may be required for verification purposes for Quebec residents as well as residents of the Quebec City metropolitan community.

Parking
