Reservation terms and conditions
Maximum room capacity varies from 2 to 4 people. Children 17 and under are lodged free of charge if the child shares the same room as the parents up to the maximum authorized capacity per room (fees apply when booking a package). Additional fees apply when booking a package with food and acrivities.
Payment and current rates
Minimum Deposit for Reservations
No minimum deposit required when booking. A credit card number is needed to secure all bookings. The balance is payable on site.
Modifying and Cancelling a Reservation
For any cancellation of a reservation, please contact Sépaq's Sales and Reservations Office by phone at 1-866-683-2711.

Fees apply for late departures. Please ask for information at the hotel.
ACCESSIBILITY FOR THE MOBILITY IMPAIRED
Five rooms are available at Auberge Duchesnay.
Dogs are prohibited on all room, cabin and hut accommodation sites.
Dogs kept on a leash are allowed on outdoor sites, except serviced areas near a body of water and nautical access points.
Please consult our Domestic animals section for details. Before your visit, please make sure you have up-to-the minute information by consulting the set of regulations for dog owners. Individuals who fail to comply with any of these regulations may be required to leave the area or issued a statement of offence, where appropriate.
Other domestic animals are prohibited at all times.
Tobacco and cannabis regulation acts, as well as Sépaq’s policies prohibit in particular all persons from smoking inside rooms, accomodation units (cabins, rustic shelters, yurt, ready-to-camp, etc.), public areas (meeting rooms, restaurant, bar, reception area, etc.). Out of respect for the air quality, a charge of $150 will be charged for all offenders who smoke in these areas.
Your Safety; your responsibility
Outdoor activities can involve certain risks, so always be sure to have the skills and abilities required for the activity you choose. Your abilities must not be impaired by alcohol, a drug or medication. It is very important to find out about the risks involved in the activity, to know and respect your own limits and to use appropriate equipment. We suggest that you visit our section Security.
Cleanliness and Damage to Equipment
Customers must always leave any place they stay and any equipment they use clean and in good condition.
Customers will be billed for any damage to Sépaq equipment. Cabins, rustic shelters and yurts left untidy will be cleaned at the customer's expense.
Closures or prohibition of activities
In the interest of safety and prevention, Sépaq reserves the right to prohibit the practice of activities normally offered or traffic in an establishment or sector thereof, when it deems it necessary or if there are risks to the safety of persons. Only the cancelled activity can be refunded or compensated.
Access to information law
By virtue of the Access to Information Law, Sépaq personnel may not transmit any information about clientele (e.g. name, site number, etc.). However, a bulletin board located at the reception post will be available to customers who wish to leave messages.
Anyone who breaks these rules may be expelled immediately without a refund.
