Note: These terms do not apply to seasonal campgrounds. Please refer to your lease.

Deposit and payment

Customers must pay the entire cost of their stay at the time of the reservation.

Payment plan

If you reserve a stay at least 90 days in advance and the total is $500 or more, you're eligible for Sépaq's interest-free payment plan. Certain conditions apply. Contact our agents at 1-800-665-6527.

Modification and cancellation

The person who made the reservation must request the modification or cancellation.

Modifications for reservations are accepted under the following 2 conditions:

For any modification or cancellation of a reservation, we invite you to contact our Customer Relations Centre at 1-800-665-6527. An agent will be pleased to follow up on your request, according to the applicable terms and conditions. If you booked online using your account, you can also change or cancel your reservation by logging into your online account.

Note that the terms and conditions are always applied to the original booking, even if it has been modified for another date.

Occupation and rates

During a stay, the people making up a group may not be replaced.

Occupation and rates terms and conditions		Policy for children (18 and under)
Campsites and winter campsites	Rates are per night, per campsite, and respect the maximum occupation capacity of 6 people.	Children are not allowed in addition to the total occupation capacity.
Camping platforms in the national parks (Frontenac, Gaspésie, Mont-Mégantic, Mont-Orford and Fjord-du-Saguenay)	Rates are per night, per platform, and respect the maximum occupation capacity of the campsite.	Children are not allowed in addition to the total occupation capacity.
Canoe-camping sites (river and destination)
Group campsites	Rates are per night, per campsite, and respect the maximum occupation capacities. A group camping site is priced for a minimum of 15 people.	Children are not allowed in addition to the total occupation capacity.

A minimum number of nights may be required depending on the establishment and the season. A maximum of 14 consecutive nights is allowed.
