Reservation terms and conditions
Outdoor activities
(Guided activities, via ferrata, cruises, boating activities, ice fishing, equipment rental, shuttles and baggage transportation)
Deposit and payment
Customers must pay the entire cost of their reservation and applicable fees at the moment of the reservation.
Modification and cancellation
The person who made the reservation must request the modification or cancellation.
For any modification or cancellation of a reservation, we invite you to contact our Customer Relations Centre at 1-800-665-6527. An agent will be pleased to follow up on your request, according to the applicable terms and conditions.
Note that the terms and conditions are always applied to the original booking, even if it has been modified for another date.
