SUMMER	You can get to the backcountry via the park’s roads. In the valley, visitors must park in designated areas. On the plateaus, visitors must park in places that do not interfere with the circulation of two vehicles in width.
WINTER	In winter, Chemin de la Vallée-de-la-Jacques-Cartier is only cleared of snow up to the Discovery and Visitors Centre (km 10), where you’ll find a parking lot. You can also reach the Plateau sector from the Camp Mercier parking lot in Réserve faunique des Laurentides.
