Parc national des Grands-Jardins is situated east of Québec and one can reach it from two towns, St-Urbain and La Baie, along Route 381. Mont-du-Lac-des-Cygnes Visitors Center is located at Km 21 along Route 381. To get to Arthabaska Discovery and Visitors Centre, take Route 381 to km 31, take Route 60 to km 9, turn left and drive for 1 km.
Camper for Pied-des-Monts and Étang-Malbaie wishing to obtain wood, ice or who have any other need must go at the Mont-du-Lac-des-Cygnes Visitors Centre. Camper for La Roche and Arthabaska must go at the Arthabaska Discovery and Visitors Centre.
In the winter, the Mont-du-Lac-des-Cygnes sector and the backcountry skiing and snowshoeing trails are open daily from mid-December to the end of March (depending on snow conditions). When the Mont-du-Lac-des-Cygnes Visitors Center is closed, day passes are payable at the self-registration posts by the park’s entrances.
Services: reception and information (camper for Pied-des-Monts and Étang-Malbaie, fishermen registration for Pied-des-Monts), Boutique Nature, convenience store, ready-to-eat food (sandwich, dry sausage, muffin), wood, ice, via ferrata circuit.
Important: The days and hours of operation of the Mont-du-Lac-des-Cygnes Visitors Centre may vary without notice due to a lack of staff.

A wide range of souvenir items, adult and children's clothing, heritage discovery products for young people, and outdoor items are available at the Boutique Nature. Also available are educational items and fishing items.
A convenience store at the Mont-du-Lac-des-Cygnes Visitors Center and at the Arthabaska Discovery and Visitors Centre offers the most common food items.
We offer a baggage transport service on request.
