Your card is valid for a period of 12 months starting from the month confirmed at the time of purchase until the last day of the same month a year later.
Each time you visit the park, you must show your card at the park gatehouse or Visitors Centre as the case may be. If you are unable to show your card, the entry fee must be paid.
Sépaq of staff members may ask you to show you card at any time to verify its validity by comparing it with another recognized piece identification.
Note that the annual cardholder cannot be changed after purchase.
The Annual Card must be presented for each visit to the park. Visitors who cannot present the card may pay the park entry fee for the stay.
The Annual Cards covers all parking fees except those for the beaches at Oka, Yamaska and Mont-Orford national parks and the parking fees for Île-Bonaventure-et-du-Rocher-Percé national park. However, Annual Québec National Parks Card holders get a 25% discount on the supervised beach parking fees of Yamaska, Mont-Orford and Oka national parks. The beach parking rate is applicable only on days when the supervised beach is open.
If you have an Annual Park Card, you may, by paying the rate difference, exchange the card for an Annual Québec National Parks Card offered at the regular price (the reverse is not possible). The expiry date of the new card will remain the same as that of the Park Card. This exchange can be made by calling the Customer Relations Centre at 1-800-665-6527.
Please note that this exchange is not possible during the sale of the Annual Québec National Parks Card offered with a 30% discount on the regular price.
The Annual Card:
The park's management reserves the right to limit access to the park, to certain activities, or to certain sectors with no possible recourse for holders of Annual Cards.
Sépaq shall not be liable for the loss, theft or damage of a card. If any of these situation arise, the cardholder could pay a $ 10 (plus taxes) replacement fee. No replacements may be made through our site Web or by phone. For a lost, damaged or stolen card, please go to one of the parks for assistance.
Sépaq shall not be liable for accidents, losses, or damages that Annual cardholders may suffer.
Cardholders must obey park regulations in effect as well as any specific direction that a park manager may give.
Sépaq reserves the right to terminate, with no possibility of refund or recourse for the card holder, the card of an individual who contravenes card use or park regulations by practicing, for example, a prohibited activity.
The Annual Québec National Parks card is not valid for entry to certain establishments that are not national parks, including Parc de la Chute-Montmorency, Aquarium du Québec, Station touristique Duchesnay, Auberge de montagne des Chic-Chocs, and all wildlife reserves (which do not in fact charge an entry fee). The card does provide day access to Camping des Voltigeurs, Centre touristique du Lac-Kénogami, and Centre touristique du Lac-Simon, even though they are not national parks.
