Public charging stations for electric vehicles

Two level 2 charging stations are available at P1 parking lot near the beach, while two other level 2 charging stations are available at the Registration Centre parking lot. Details

Universal Access

In summer, wheelchair users have access to a washroom at the reception and two washroom facilities located at the beach and Boucle du Cerf sector.

Note

Even though it's not a national park, the Annual Québec National Parks card provide day access to Centre touristique du Lac-Simon.

During the winter, the beach pavilion becomes the main visitors centre. Come and enjoy our shop! Plan your fishing day or rent snowshoes or cross-country skis.

Firewood and Ice Sales

During summer, campers can buy firewood and ice at the registration centre. Ice is also on sale at the beach pavilion. See the opening periods of the registration centre and the pavilion.

During winter, five ecological logs per night are provided in the cabins. Bags of logs for an outdoor fire as well as bags of ecological logs are also on sale at the winter registration centre (beach pavilion).

Réserve faunique de Papineau-Labelle

This reserve is a 20-minute drive from Centre touristique du Lac-Simon. It's a huge playground of over 1,600 km2 with more than 700 lakes. Among the activities available: fishing, hiking, canoe-camping, backcountry skiing, hunting, dogsledding.

Parc national de Plaisance

Rivers, marshes, lakes and islands make this park a paradise for birds. Close to 240 species have been identified, 100 of which make their nests here. Explore the area on foot or by canoe, kayak or bicycle. The park is a 45-minute drive from Centre touristique du Lac- Simon.
