Access right for the park: you must buy it online

Before your visit or your stay in a national park, you must buy your daily access right.

If you are the holder of an Annual Québec National Parks Card or an annual card for a particular park, please have it with you when you visit. You do not need to register online before your arrival, but it's recommended that you arrive early.

Please note, however, that access to a sector, a trail or an activity could unfortunately be refused if a parking lot is full, or if the maximum capacity established in order to respect social distancing is reached.

Public health measures: establishments in “red” zones

This establishment is located in one of the regions designated as “red”. Thus, health regulations issued by public health authorities have been implemented:

  • A curfew requires visitors to remain in their accommodations between 8:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
  • Activities, services, and registration desks will be closed at 7:30 p.m., except for hotel receptions which remain open at all times.
  • Visitors staying in our locations must arrive before 8:00 p.m.
  • Hotel food service may continue beyond 7:30 p.m. with room service.
  • Rental accommodation unit: limit of one family unit or one group of persons residing at the same address.
  • Interregional travel not recommended
  • Wearing of a mask is mandatory in all places where it is required.
  • Indoor gatherings prohibited (except for a family unit). A single person, with his or her children if applicable, may join a family unit, as long as they form a stable group.
  • Group activities and courses are permitted outdoors but limited to a group of eight people (excluding monitor/coach).
  • Dining hall of a food service area: closed.
  • Gift shop and convenience store: open outside the hours of curfew.

Please note that the offer of activities and services may be modified at any time in order to comply with public health regulations issued by Santé publique and which apply in establishments covered by the "red" and "orange" alert levels.

Hiking trails

Open. Trails accessible: Le Pioui, Le Mont-du-Lac-des-Cygnes, La Chouenne and Le Gros-Pin.

Note that access to the backcountry is suspended until further notice.
Ice fishing

Open from January 23 to March 7, 2021.

Please follow the sanitary guidelines posted on site.

Catches recording

All catches must be recorded. Fill in your fishing results using the table provided with your right of access and deposit upon leaving in the external boxe provided for this purpose:

  • Green self-registration post located outside the La Galette hut (near the stair)

The number of fish, the species and the weight are required when recording. Scales will be available at the declaration sites of each registration centre.
Snowshoeing and backcountry skiing

Open from mid-December to mid-March (depending on snow conditions), in the Mont du Lac-des-Cygnes sector.
