A total of 18 cabins with a very typical character for 4 to 8 people surround Gîte du Mont-Albert. Another 5 cabins, each with a 2-person capacity, are located on the banks of Rivière Sainte-Anne, near the hotel.
Located at the heart of Parc national de la Gaspésie, this magnificent territory is waiting to be discovered by snowshoers and off-piste skiers alike. This year, you’ll also be able to visit the brand-new Mountain School, which will offer you the very best tools for your adventure in the majestic Chic-Chocs mountain chain. There will be something for all tastes, and for all levels, at the school, featuring a multitude of guiding activities as well as equipment available for rent.
Parc national des Grands-Jardins
Hide out in complete privacy at a splendid and luminous EXP. cabin, designed for two people, in magnificent Parc national des Grands-Jardins. Original architecture, comfort, and intimate contact with nature combine to ensure an experience you’ll never forget. Imagine a multi-windowed lodging, bringing nature indoors, and giving you the impression of always being outside. Holiday magic at its best!
Cabins with lots of character are also available for four to eight people. You can take advantage of the many kilometres of snowshoeing and hiking trails to explore the snow-covered forest and check out the tracks of its resident wildlife. Backcountry skiing and ice fishing are at your doorstep as well.
At this time of year when family time becomes very magical indeed, come and experience moments of pure happiness at Duchesnay, your ideal all-in-one nature destination located a mere 30 minutes from Québec City. In addition to staying in one of the comfortable cabins located at the edge of Lac St. Joseph, you’ll enjoy a very special program offered free of charge for all overnight guests, including torchlight hiking, a visit from Santa, a biscuit workshop, and so much more besides! This vast winter playground also offers you the opportunity for a cross-country ski outing, a snowshoeing adventure, or a dogsled ride.
Centre touristique du Lac-Simon
With white-tailed deer frequenting the area around the cabins of Centre touristique du Lac-Simon, the atmosphere is simply magical. Fairy-tale moments that will delight young and old alike! In addition to staying in a comfortable cabin, you’ll enjoy inner tube sliding and skating near Lac Simon. You can also ice fish on Lac de la Ferme. For cross-country skiers, there are trails accessible. A winter walk on well marked snowshoeing and hiking trails is on the agenda as well!
Parc national d’Oka
At just 35 minutes from Montreal, experience the magic of celebrations in nature and spend a night or more a few steps away from the cross-country ski trails at one of Parc national d’Oka’s car-accessible Compact cabins. To help digest the turkey and stuffing, you’ll want to storm any one of the many cross-country skiing trails, choosing the level just for you. A number of easy-level snow-hiking trails also await you. And fatbikes are available for rent, while snow carpets are provided free of charge for the slide. By the way, access to these trails is free of charge for overnight guests.
Parc national du Mont-Tremblant
Looking for a fairy-tale setting where magic is guaranteed? Well look no further! La Diable and La Pimbina sectors of Parc national du Mont-Tremblant offer all-equipped and total-comfort cabins that are sure to fit the bill. They’ll be your gateway to an array of snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails to enjoy. A mini slide has even been set up near the Discovery and Visitors Centre in La Diable sector. Guaranteed fun!
Parc national de la Yamaska
Come and contemplate the gentle hilly landscapes of Parc national de la Yamaska and stay in the Nature cabins and rustic shelters available for groups of four or fewer people. At the heart of park activities, you’ll experience an all-encompassing stay in a huge playground. On the agenda: hiking trails, snowshoeing, fatbiking, snow tubing, and ice fishing in Reservoir Choinière. Something to please the entire family!
Parc national du Bic
This winter, visit the in Tombolo sector of Parc national du Bic and stay as a couple in EXP. cabins, where the forest offers you unparalleled privacy, or discover Écho cabins, offering a breathtaking view of the river estuary. For a greater change of scenery and an original outdoor stay, several yurts are also available in Île-aux-Amours sector.
You'll not only enjoy peaceful accommodations but also access to 35 km of magnificent trails, to be explored while hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country or backcountry skiing, or fatbiking. Magnificent lookouts on the St. Lawrence and its islands await you!
Parc national de la Pointe-Taillon
During the Christmas holidays, get together in the Écho cabins of Parc national de la Pointe-Taillon. What can you look forward to? A very peaceful stay and an incredible view of Lac Saint‑Jean. Because a ski or snowshoe excursion on the vast expanses of Lac Saint‑Jean and a relaxation session by the wood stove in a comfortable cabin are in themselves memorable experiences!
