 Access and Operating Period
The only entrance to Réserve faunique du Saint-Maurice is located at the Matawin Registration Centre on the right bank of rivière Saint-Maurice, at Trois-Rives, 2 kilometres south of the bridge that crosses the river (toll bridge - corporation du Pont Mékinac. Cost of crossing the bridge: $12 per vehicle, round trip).
If you hand your ticket in at the gatehouse, you can leave the reserve for a maximum of an hour and a half, without being charged for re-entering.
The Matawin Registration Centre (open from mid-May to mid-October)
After the middle of October, access rights are available at the administrative office.
Business hours vary according to the season.
