 Fishing
Approximately one hundred lakes are spread out over the five accommodation sectors: Lac Dunbar, Lac Normand, Lac Wessonneau, Lac Tousignant and Lac Brown. The fishing plan of Réserve faunique du Saint-Maurice is determined ahead of time and approved by the ministère des Ressources naturelles et Faune du Québec.
Day fishing is available on Tousignant and Souci lakes, Bête puant and Wessonneau rivers and Des Américains and Caston noir streams.
Catch and possession limit for:
- brook trout: 7
- lake trout: 2
- pike:3
- landlocked:2
(However, some lakes have lower catch limits.)

Hunting
Moose Hunting
Density of the moose population: 3.2/10 km2
255 moose were observed during the 2002 survey, while that of 1995 revealed 125.
Period: From September 6 to October 2, 2008
Moose hunting quotas help ensure the sound management of this wildlife resource. Surveys show that the moose herd living on the territory of Réserve faunique du Saint-Maurice increased by 104% between 1995 and 2002.

Enjoy canoeing or kayaking on Lac Soucis and Lac Tousignant
Canoe-Camping
Circuits on Lac Soucis and Lac Tousignant total 22 km. The Chute du Vent falls is one of the attractions of the itinerary.
