A fabulous gastronomic adventure is awaiting you at the renowned Portes-de-l'Enfer Lodge. Meals prepared by our chef, Bertrand Dupuis, will delight the most discerning palates. The Lodge's dining room seats up to 50 people. The unobstructed view of Rivière Pikauba adds something special to the atmosphere and infuses these moments with a touch of magic.

Breakfast: From 6 to 9 AM
Lunch: From noon to 1 PM
Supper: From 7 to 9 PM
The day starts with a nourishing breakfast, with choices ranging from the classical to the continental. Juice, fruit, cereal, muffins, eggs, meats, pancakes, French toast, home-made baked beans, tea, coffee…will get your day off to a happy start!
Lunches are adapted to your activities. Starting at noon, you can eat in the dining room or take out a boxed lunch prepared by our chef. Soup, a variety of sandwiches, salads, cheese, fresh fruit, nuts, dessert of the moment, and beverages are on the menu. There are shelters with picnic tables beside many of the bodies of water, perfect spots for taking a break and savouring your meal.
Our 5--course supper menu is available in the dining room starting at 7 PM. Maple-marinated salmon, stuffed guinea fowl legs, pickerel filet with green lemon, scallops with garlic, calf sweetbread with mushrooms…the chef likes to surprise his guests. Fall under the spell of the flavours, the quality of the dishes, and the cozy atmosphere!
