Location

Parc national du Saguenay lies along the shores of the fjord. It covers the following tourism regions: Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, Charlevoix, Manicouagan and Haute-Côte-Nord.

Access and Operating Period

The park is open year-round. When planning your activities, find out when the services are available for each sector.

Parc national du Saguenay stretches along both shores of the fjord. It is important to keep in mind the sometimes considerable distances between attractions in the three sectors.

Baie-Éternité Sector (Rivière-Éternité)

  • Baie-Éternité Information Kiosk
    Reception and information, park entry fee payment, fishing authorization and reservations
    Period: open year-round (closed in April and November)
  • Discovery and Visitors Centre
    Reception and information, Boutique Nature, Café du Pèlerin, food counter and reservations
    Period: May 21 to October 24, 2010, 7 days a week

Baie-Sainte-Marguerite Sector (Sacré-Cœur)

  • Le Béluga Discovery and Visitors Centre
    Reception and information, Boutique Nature and reservations
    Periods:
    • May 21 to May 24, 2010, every day
    • May 29 to June 20, 2010, Saturday and Sunday
    • June 21 to October 11, 2010, 7 days a week

Baie-de-Tadoussac Sector

  • La Maison des Dunes Discovery Sector
    Reception and information, entry fee payment, Boutique Nature and reservations
    Periods:
    • May 21 to May 24: every day
    • May 28 to July 15, 2010: Friday, Saturday and Sunday
    • July 16 to September 8, 2010: from Thursday to Monday
    • September 9 to October 10, 2010: from Wednesday to Sunday

L'Anse-de-Tabatière Sector (L'Anse-Saint-Jean)

  • L'Anse-de-Tabatière Information Kiosk
    Reception and information, entry fee payment
    Periods:
    • May 21 to June 18, 2010: Saturday and Sunday
    • June 19 to September 5, 2010: 7 days a week
    • September 6 to October 11, 2010: Saturday and Sunday

At our 2 Discovery and Visitors Centres, a vast array of souvenirs, clothing for adults and children, discovery products for young people, and outdoor items are available at the Boutique Nature store.
