No public transit directly serves the park. Travellers can, however, take the bus that runs from Montréal to Ottawa and Hull and get off at the Plaisance stop, about 7 km from the park entrance.
The community centre and the campground washroom facilities are accessible to the mobility-impaired.
Near the swimming pool and the playground is the community centre. It has a coin laundry and vending machines for visitors. Outside, there is a fireplace under a shelter.
For cyclists or hikers who wish to discover the park at their own pace, a pontoon boat, the Weskarini, also provides a shuttle service between the park's two sectors.
A kilometre from the Discovery and Visitors Centre, the village of Plaisance has several stores and service outlets: grocery stores, restaurants, gas services, etc.
A bit further east, Papineauville and Montebello offer several categories of accommodation: bed and breakfasts, motels, prestige hotels, etc.
The greater Hull-Aylmer-Gatineau urban area and the national capital region offer a full range of specialized services as well as numerous cultural institutions.
The park is open year-round. When planning your activities, find out when the services are available for each sector.
