The Discovery and Visitors Centre is located on Chemin des Presqu'îles, 1 km from the Plaisance entrance (on Route 148 in the town of Plaisance). This new building offers reception and information services, camper registration, a Boutique Nature, a rest area (fast- food vending machines), and an exhibit room. You can visit our permanent exhibit.

The Thurso Information Kiosk offers reception and information services.

Community Centre

The Community Centre, which features a fireplace, is located near the pool and the playground area. A laundromat and vending machines are available to visitors. A fireplace, complete with a shelter, has been set up outside the Community Centre.

Equipment Rentals

You can rent bicycles, row boats, canoes and kayaks at the Plaisance Discovery and Visitors Centre.
