Location
Parc national de Plaisance is located in the tourist region of Outaouais, 70 km east of Hull and Ottawa, and 160 kilometres from Montréal. The park is surrounded by the municipalities of Thurso to the west and Plaisance, Papineauville and Montebello to the east.

The park is open year round. However, services are offered from mid-April to mid-October 2008. Business hours vary according to the season.
Public Transit
There is no direct public transit service to the park. However, visitors can take the bus that links Montréal to the cities of Ottawa and Hull and get off at the Plaisance stop, approximately 7 km from the park entrance.
Access for the Mobility Impaired
The Community Centre, as well as the campground washrooms, are accessible to the mobility impaired.
