Welcome

Thomas-Fortin Visitors Centre: Reception and information, Boutique Nature, convenience store, registration of campers, vacationers and fishing customers.
Period: From May 23 to 13 October, 2008 (closed in the winter)

Mont du Lac-des-Cygnes Information Kiosk: Welcome and information, Boutique Nature, convenience store
Period: From June 21 to October 13, 2008, from December 20, 2008 to January 4, 2009 and the weekends the rest of the year.

Boutique Nature

A vast array of souvenirs, clothing for adults and children, discovery products for young people, and outdoor articles is offered at the Boutique Nature. All profits are re-invested in the park to enhance its conservation. By choosing our Parcs Québec collections, you are joining us in the development of Québec's natural and cultural heritage. The boutique also offers educational products such as identification guides, compact discs and bird song cassettes, as well as small posters identifying various bird species.

Equipment Rental

Canoes, kayaks and bicycles are available for rent from June 6 to October 13. The canoes and kayaks are on Lac Turgeon and Lac Arthabaska and the bicycles are based at the Château-Beaumont Visitors Centre. At the beginning and end of the season, you can rent from the Thomas-Fortin Visitors Centre and in the high season from the Château-Beaumont Visitors Centre.

Food Services

A convenience store located at the Thomas-Fortin Visitors Centre offers basic food products.

Transportation Services

In the winter, we offer a luggage transportation service upon request. The cost of transportation is calculated according to the distance from the accommodations site. Luggage can weigh up to 20 kg per person for a maximum of 160 kg per group of 8 or more people. If luggage weight exceeds sled capacity, the same costs will apply to the second transport.
