The Joy of Dining
The Gîte’s dining room, which can accommodate up to 150 guests, offers fine gastronomy featuring regional products such as Gaspésie salmon and lamb. The chef, Yvano Tremblay, invites you to taste marvellous dishes in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The dining room staff, like the personnel everywhere in the establishment, is efficient and in tune with guests’ needs. For your mountain hikes, the restaurant can fix you a boxed lunch, which will be ready at 6 in the morning if you order the evening before.

A Bar That Hums with the Sounds of Nature
Before going to your table, stop at the Gîte’s bar for an aperitif. You can share your day’s experiences with the other guests or simply relax by the fireplace or in the solarium, which offers a magnificent view of Mont Albert. You can also enjoy light snacks at the bar between noon and 6 PM (sandwiches, nachos, soup, etc.). The bar seats up to 70 people.
