 Havre-du-Bic: Welcome and information, picnic area, boat launch and dock, washroom facilities, first-aid services and reservations for sea kayak excursions or in zodiac. Period: From mid-June to Labour Day
 Boutique Nature and Boutique Plein Air
Two boutiques to serve you better! At At Boutique Plein air, located in the Rivière-du-Sud-Ouest Registration Centre, you will discover a large range of souvenir items, clothing for adults and children, and outdoor items. At Boutique Nature on the Rioux farm, in addition to the regular collection, you can buy products made by regional craftspeople, as well as educational products. All of the profits of these 2 boutiques are reinvested in Parc national du Bic in order to ensure its conservation. When you buy a product from the Parcs Québec collection, you are helping us develop Québec's natural and cultural heritage.
 Equipment Rentals
Bicycle rental is available at the Rivière-du-Sud-Ouest Interpretation and Visitors Centre. It is also possible to rent binoculars at the Boutique Nature.
In the winter, snowshoes, kick-sleds, sleeping bags, ground sheets and other items can be rented on site.
Food Services
A food counter is located at the Rioux Farm. The campground convenience store are open to park visitors.
Shuttle to Pic Champlain
A shuttle service departing from the Pic Champlain parking lot will take you 346 m in altitude to enjoy the spectacular view from Pic Champlain. Round-trip service or one way only.
