Visit the lookouts to admire the St. Lawrence River as it widens and eventually merges with the estuarine sea. The landscape of the shoreline is made up of coves, bays, capes and islands. Raoul-Roy lookout in Saint-Fabien is an exceptional site for watching birds of prey.

Welcome to the Seals' Realm

Have fun watching marine mammals, including a herd of gray seals and harbour seals that laze on the glacial boulders. The observation points of pointe aux Épinettes and Anse aux Bouleaux are particularly well suited for this purpose.

History Bears Witness…

Take a break from the ordinary by following the rich history of anecdotes and legends of the Bic inhabitants. Trace the origin of the names that have been assigned to the many islands of the estuary, and discover the history of navigation on the St. Lawrence River.

Take part in numerous activities geared to the discovery of the shoreline environment. Many seabirds, rare plants and geological phenomena testify to the complex and fragile ecosystem that Parc national du Bic protects.

You will instinctively experience a feeling of freedom and the sensation of being in communion with the river when you go sea kayaking or on a zodiac cruise. The views of Parc national du Bic from the river are sure to provide many delightful moments.

Doze off in a Clearing on the Edge of the Woods

Make yourself comfortable on one of the campsites, including the ones on the brand new Rioux campground and the all-new La Coulée campground. Accessible by water, bicycle or on foot, this primitive campground has eight wooden platforms for nature lovers.
