1^st step: internal posting
2^nd step: analysis of the bank of candidates
3^rd step: the job offer is published on Sépaq's Web site and in major and regional newspapers.

Our employees are not governed by Québec's Public Service Act. The Corporation manages all of the functions related to the management of human resources through its Human Resources Department: hiring, staff relations, training, the negotiation and application of collective agreements, payroll management, work organization, classification, policies and procedures relevant to personnel.
